LIFTMASTER GARAGE DOOR OPENERS

The right opener.
For the right door.

Your door, its weight, the track layout, and the room around it all matter. We help match the opener to the complete installation.

WALL-MOUNT OPTION

LiftMaster 98022

This wall-mounted opener sits beside the garage door, freeing overhead space otherwise used by a traditional opener and rail. LiftMaster lists battery backup and Wi-Fi capability for this model.

A wall-mount opener requires a compatible door and torsion system, suitable side clearance, and the manufacturer’s required mounting space. It is not a universal solution for every low-headroom garage.

SAFETY & A PROPER FIT

A safe garage door starts with the whole system.

A garage door opener works with the door, springs, tracks, and safety devices. Choosing an opener starts with checking that the door is balanced and moves properly. An opener should not be used to force a sticking or damaged door to operate.

Our crew checks the door and the space available above and beside it. We match the opener to the door and layout, including headroom—the clearance above the door—and space for the rail or wall-mounted unit. Our crew delivers and installs the equipment as part of the job.

Keep people, pets, and objects clear while the door moves, and keep remotes away from children. Follow the owner’s manual for regular safety-sensor and reversal checks. Never bypass the sensors. If the door behaves unexpectedly or fails a safety check, stop using it and request service.

Springs and lifting cables are under high tension. Leave their adjustment and repair to a trained door professional.

Safety guidance: LiftMaster garage door safety. Always follow the instructions for your installed model.
